This weekend was designed for you. All of us need a time to relax, be refreshed, and be encouraged in our walk with the Lord. We need the joy of the Lord to strengthen us. As you come together with like-minded friends, God will be faithful to meet you.
Our weekend away will be at the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel, surrounded by panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the sandy shores of Salt Creek Beach. You will be blessed and encouraged as we take time out of our busy schedule to reflect on the work of the Lord.
Let us never forget: the Gospel is good news for all people! It is our great privilege to carry this Good News and share it with those in need. We’re eager to encourage you with stories from around the world and vision for the days ahead.

We will join Christian recording artist, worship leader, and pastor, Evan Wickham, and his wife, Sandy, in powerful times of worship throughout the weekend.
Evan and his younger brother, Phil Wickham, have been close friends of the Palau team for many years and have helped lead worship at many of our festivals and events. With an MDiv from Western Seminary, Evan is the lead teaching pastor at Park Hill Church in San Diego, California.

Charitable Advising For You
As a special benefit to President’s Council attendees, you will have the opportunity to meet with a charitable giving lawyer. A representative from our partner, HighGround Advisors, will be available on Saturday afternoon to discuss non-cash giving opportunities, planned giving options, and estate planning. This includes any complex giving questions that you might have, including donor advised funds. We hope this will be a helpful service for you.

We are excited to have you at the 2025 Laguna Niguel President’s Council. You may bring your spouse or a roommate as we provide one room for your stay with the option of 1 King bed or 2 double beds.
We are offering a Palau Kids Program that will take place during the President’s Council morning and evening sessions. Please register for kids for this program separately here.

Yes, we are happy to help coordinate this. Friday and Saturday night room costs are complimentary with your registration. The resort is offering guestroom rates of $509 per night for extended stays. This is subject to the hotel’s availability. Please contact anne.scofield@palau.org to learn more.

The dress code for the President’s Council weekend is business casual. If you would like to enjoy the amenities of Laguna Niguel or the Ritz-Carlton during your free time on Saturday afternoon please pack accordingly. This might also include swimwear for the pool and beach or items for sightseeing.
