Scott and Theresa Beck

Theresa Beck, a professional artist, teacher, and seasoned beekeeper, passionately engages in encaustic painting and eco-friendly practices in her studio. She showcases her inspiring work in galleries across the U.S. and internationally. Theresa earned her MFA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas in 1986, demonstrating her dedication to her craft.

Scott Beck currently holds the position of CEO and Co-Founder of Gloo. Gloo is a powerful platform that connects ministry leaders to resources, people data and insights, and funding so their people and communities flourish and their organizations thrive. Additionally, Scott serves as Partner and Vice Chairman of Pacific Dental Services, the largest locally branded Dental Service organization in the U.S. with 1,000 offices in 35 states and a network of 3,000 general practitioners and specialty dentists. This organization, founded in 1994, has achieved significant growth, boasting a 2020 revenue of $2.5 billion. Among Scott's notable past experiences are Vice Chairman and COO of Blockbuster Entertainment Corp, Founder and Chairman of Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp, Chairman and CEO of Boston Market Inc, and involvement as a founding investor and board member in companies such as Ancestry.com and HomeAdvisors.com. Furthermore, Scott has demonstrated his commitment to social impact by serving as a board member and advisor to numerous not-for-profit enterprises in the education, amateur sport, and personal growth ecosystems over the past 35 years.

Both Theresa and Scott share a passion for family ministry and evangelism and are proud parents of four adult children, four sons-in-law, and two grandchildren. They happily reside in beautiful Boulder, Colorado, embodying a commitment to art, wellness, and spiritual growth in their personal and professional lives.
